New Rusk and Babyliss Pro Spokesperson Nancy O'Dell
Award-winning journalist, author, producer, entrepreneur and former co-anchor of Access Hollywood, Nancy O'Dell is now the official spokesperson for Rusk and Babyliss Pro.
Known for her presence on the red carpet, O'Dell is also dedicated to her philanthropic efforts, most notably through her foundation, Betty's Battle, which she founded in honor of her mother, who passed away from ALS in 2008.
In addition to being a part of the Access Hollywood team and serving as anchor for 13 years, O'Dell has hosted The Golden Globes Arrivals Special (including backstage access) and The Tournament of Roses Parade for nine years, and the Emmy Awards Red Carpet pre-show for NBC, ABC, and Fox.
Most recently, O'Dell was honored by the entire beauty industry for the inaugural Beautiful Humanitarian Award by the Professional Beauty Association, an award given to a public figure who exemplifies beauty both inside and out.
O'Dell was a natural choice for Rusk and Babyliss Pro, as she will elevate the brands in stylists' eyes and help Rusk and Babyliss Pro salons build up a loyal clientele.
Salon clients follow celebrity styles and O'Dell is always on the forefront of the red carpets trends-the ideal person to translate the celebrity looks into everyday, wearable styles.
Brooke Carlson, VP of Conair Professional Brands, the parent company of Rusk and Babyliss Pro says, "We believe everyone should be as beautiful as possible, both inside and out, and giving of yourself to others less fortunate shows true inner beauty. It's an honor to have someone as beautiful as Nancy-both inside and out-as our spokesperson."
O'Dell adds, "As a busy mom, wife and journalist, I feel I am representative of the many women whom hair stylists across the country see on a daily basis. I know I trust the stylists' opinions about which products to use. And that is how I originally started to use Rusk and now Babyliss Pro."
