Silk is an all- natural, breathable fabric that helps keep you and your clients warm in winter and cool in summer, with wicking properties that support a more healthy and comfortable night's sleep.

It’s also easy on the hair and skin, causing less friction. According to Manito Silk President, John Kenmuir, "Experts in the hair and beauty industry should recommend that their clients sleep on silk because it is a natural, hypoallergenic fabric that is gentle on the skin and contains healthy amino acids compatible with human skin, unlike manmade fabrics." When asked if silk is a good match for hair, Kenmuir adds "There is nothing softer. Silk is smooth and much less disruptive to hairstyles."
