Morgan Willhite, Ouidad Creative Director, says that a fringe on a naturally curly haired client CAN work. "As long as you cut it properly allowing for the curl, it can look great," she told me before a mini presentation at the Modern Salon Media booth at the Premiere Show in Orlando, Florida recently. "It's particulary nice on a client with loose waves. It results in a a perfect shaggy finish." Willhite points out that it is important to always use a fresh blade for each cut. "That can make the difference between a good cut and a great cut."
