Get the color: Purple color melt
STEP 1: Starting in the back, apply Pravana Pure Light and Zero Lift Developer, placing from roots to ends. Apply quickly. "I knew that the zero lift would lighten the new growth enough for me to apply a custom mix," Braodus says. Process and rinse/shampoo. Dry the hair.
STEP 2: Blend Joico Indigo, Pravana Vivids Blue and Violet for root area. Starting in the back, apply the custom mix shade, blending in Pravana violet, a mixture of Pravana Neon blue, mint and blue as well as a custom mix of clear pastel blue and violet throughout the hair in sections (using Embee Meche to keep each section separate.)
NOTE: She wanted more blue tones and less purple than the inspiration photo.
STEP 3: Process at room temperature for 20 minutes, then rinse and shampoo.
