Meredith Curry (@hairbymeredithcurry), a Master Colorist and Goldwell Educator at Dirosa Haircare, Franklin Square, NY, was thrilled with the opportunity her new guest presented. "She came in wanting a change and was ready to be Red Hot," says Curry. "She saw all my work on my Instagram page and found me."
Here Curry shares how she transformed her client's color into Red Hot:
Natural level 7 with an all over blonde highlights
Step 1: Slice in low lights through out the hair with Goldwell 20 Vol & 7RR.
Step 2: Apply a background foundation of 7RR & 40 volume, leaving out the blonde pieces.
Step 3: Process for 30 minutes and then shampoo with Elumen Wash. Dry hair about 80%.
Step 4: Apply Elumen RR@all over the hair.
Step 5: Process for 20 minutes under the dryer with a plastic cap. Shampoo and condition. .
"Her hair has never felt better," says Curry. "She never told her husband she was doing this I wish I could of seen his face...cause she looked stunning."
