Crystal Casey (@cryistalchaos), owner of High Voltage Hair, Virginia Beach,Virginia, is a Paul Mitchell trained artist specializing in updos and fashion color. "This guest came in wanting a huge change," says Casey. "She had always wanted bright Ariel red hair." Casey made her dream come true.
Here she shares the HOW TO:
STEP 1: To the root area apply Paul Mitchell Color XGs 1 oz of 6R 2oz of 7R and .75oz of red intensifier with 30 volume to lift and deposit. Process for 35 minutes and then shampoo and dry the hair.
STEP 2: From roots to ends apply equal parts of Pravana Lockedin Red & Joico Color Intensities Red.
STEP 3: Process for 25 minutes. Rinse in cold water and seal with Joico Cuticle Seal followed by Paul Mitchell Ultimate Color Repair conditioner over the cuticle seal. Rinse with cold water.
