Marie Negron (@glamhairbymarie), owner of Flawless Beauty Salon in Cleveland OH, says "My number one priority is the health and integrity of my guests' hair and of course the smile on their faces after each transformation." The artist, who specializes in color corrections and balayage, has an Instagram page filled with lovely transformations. This was one of our favorites and we asked for the HOW TO for her client who wanted to go back to blonde for her prom day:
STEP 1: Apply Pravana color extractor to remove as much of the previous color. Follow manufacturer instructions. "After 20 minutes the the red was completely out!" Dry the hair.
STEP 2: Place back to back foils using Redken Flash Lift with 30 volume and Olaplex. Every 2 sections place a low light using Pravana 9.22 and 9.1 with 10 volume.
STEP 3: Process for 40 minutes.
STEP 4: Tone her with I Luminate ISO 9v and 9sa with 10 volume for 20 minutes. Shampoo, condiiton, dry and style.
