Old stuffy classrooms are a thing of the past. Uberliss recently offered an interactive online training session for select stylists. The class was presented through Google Hangouts using Google Glass. Attendees were able to view a live presentation of the Uberliss Smoothing System from the comfort of their own homes.
The Uberliss Glass Class took place on Monday, February 24, at Glam Studio by Ben in Chicago, IL. Guests were encouraged to ask questions throughout the presentation, and were offered a surprise discount code at the end of the class. By offering the class through Google Hangouts, stylists from all over the country were able to see a free, live demo without having to worry about travel arrangements, or daycare for their children.
"I was very excited to teach the Uberliss Smoothing Treatment via Google Glass," said stylist Kim Foster. "This method is a convenient way for the stylists and salon owners to see up close just like they were there in person, but in the comfort of their own home. While I am working on the model, someone else can also be educating the viewers with slides and answer any questions. Google Glass is a useful tool that makes it fun and convenient to learn how to use our product."
