FORMULA AND APPLICATION

Natural level 7

Formula 1: 1 part Wella Freelights with 40-volume Freelights developer in a 1:5 ratio

Formula 2: Instamatic Pink Dream with Color Touch 6-volume developer in a 1:1 ratio

1. Using Formula 1 in a balayage technique, paint on a single focal point from the occipital up and around the face.

2. Next, add a thin a thin veil of Formula 2 for balayage lowlights in-between the highlighted sections. Process 45 minutes, shampoo and rinse.
