The new Wella World Studio NYC was the setting for the launch for the new Clairol Professional Collection: FLARE. Kiyah Wright, Celebrity Colorist, was in attendance to help introduce Flare to dozens of trade and consumer beauty editors. According to Wright, Flare offers bold and vibrant results. "The red is our hero color of the day," she says, "but the line is chock full of neutrals, browns, ash tones, everything! This collection offers something for everyone."
For her presentation model, Wright used one of her favorite shades, 6RR, to demonstrate the shiny finish. "Even though this is single process, there is still a lot of dimension," she says. "The color is not flat and quite glossy. There is so much that goes in to this color, but it's the Alpha Red and Omega-Gloss Technologies that make the difference."
