Four publications for beauty industry professionals to enhance their leadership skills, financial awareness, professional growth, and joy!
Meet the finalists and learn more about competition at Goldwell's Color Zoom 13 training, led by Dimitrios Tsioumas and John Simpson.

The three finalists for Goldwell's Color Zoom 13 will be spending the next three days in an intense "book camp" at the headquarters just outside Baltimore, Maryland. Trainers John Simpson, Lead Artistic Director and Dimitrios Tsioumas, Global Artistic Director, are working with the contenders, guiding them in time management while helping to hone their skills in cutting, styling and color application.
The finalists are Derrick Zeno, from TresImage of Reno, Nevada, a finalist in the "Partner Cateogry"; Rachel Aidan, from Aiden James Salon of Nashua, New Hampshire in the "Creative Category and Julie Milliner from Tangles Salon from Wichita, Texas in "New Talent". All will be on lock down working next to blow ups of images that earned each at spot in the finals to be held October 5 - 8 in Los Angeles.
Zeno, a three time semi finalist, believes this should be a good year for the US. "To be working along with Rachel and Julie, is a dream," he says. "I feel I am a member of a strong team." As far as entering in general, Zeno says, "I really wish more people would enter. The more you do it, the better you get. I've learned so much over the years."
Simpson feels strongly about the team as well. "We have three different individuals with different backgrounds, all with the common thread of loving haircolor and Goldwell haircolor in particular. These three individuals are the creme de la creme who were selected by a global judging panel to represent the US. It is haircolor perfection in all categories."
In addition to technical direction, Tsioumas, a heavily awarded competitor, is offering advice on competition in general. "Make sure that you love your work," he says. "In the end, others will love it as well."
