Eufora recently introduced Urgent Repair Shampoo, a product created through collaboration with Elle magazine to benefit the non-profit Stop Global Warming initiative.

Urgent Repair contains a natural formulation that removes product build-up with a biodegradable chelating agent, and a sulfate-free thermal protection system that protects the hair from heat styling and environmental damage. The shampoo also protects hair color and is ideal as a preparation for salon color services or deep conditioning treatments.

According to Eufora co-founder and CEO Don Bewley, the company sought the advice of Elle Senior Editor Megan Deem to gain an outside perspective on the development of this shampoo. "We approached her with the project to demonstrate the challenges as well as the tough, yet integral, decisions critical to creating a truly people- and planet-friendly product," says Bewley.

Eufora will donate $1 from every bottle of Urgent Repair sold through August 2008 to benefit Stop Global Warming.
