Best known for her hair-painting skills and customized beachy balayage, LA-based (at Andy Lecompte Salon) Hillier is an international educator for Olaplex and dedicates weeks of the year working at Belle Femme in Dubai, UAE, LA and Beautopia Beauty Lounge in Bahrain.
“I feel that traveling helps you grow as a person and as an artist,” she says. “Being able to travel the world and see different cultures changes your view on life; I think that’s real beauty.”
