Tak Ishida of Fan Out Shears told us about the Beauty Cup show in St. Petersburg, Russia, which he recently attended. With a focus on nurturing young stylists, Beauty Cup features an international competition with entrants from around the world. Ishida reports that more than 2000 stylists entered the competition and that the show, which features exhibitors and showcases new products, is held twice annually. Ishida shared some of his photos with us and gave an enthusiastic endorsement to the show.
The show's website beautycup.info is in Russian, but the visuals give a good overview of the expo as an international hair and fashion event.
