Chad Demchuk @chaddofficial is a Dallas-based Joico artist with skads of awards to his credit, including a NAHA (North American Hairstyling Award).  He is also a transformation artist, creating major makeovers with cut and color.  (Check out his Instagram feed for more.) This cool blonde was created in collaboration with two other artists, Michele MacLeod (@michmacstylist) and Alexis Downes (@downesalexis).
