Bleach the hair with Goldwell Oxycur Platin bleach with 30 volume developer for about 50 mins with a cap on (no heat).
Tone the hair with Schwarzkopf Blondeme: 1/2 Lilac 1/2 steel blue with 15 volume on the roots and 10 volume on the ends.
Process for 30 minutes at room temperature. Shampoo.
Condition and tone Chi Violet Punky color with conditioner. Apply over all the hair from roots to ends. Process for 5 minutes.
