Matrix has just launched its new Matrix Family Facebook Tab and they have announced their partnership with Fashion's Night Out, which takes place nationwide September 8th.
The Facebook Tab offers salons customizable templates that allow salons to maximize their Facebook efforts in the realms of client communication, referrals, marketing and promotions. It helps salons grow their fan bases, drive traffic to their websites and monitor fan feedback. It also provides tools to easily post and update content and maintain their Facebook presence.
As part of the Facebook Tab launch, Matrix has partnered with the Fashion’s Night Out event. Now in its third year, Fashion’s Night Out was launched by American Vogue Magazine as an after-hours shopping extravaganza. This year, Matrix salons can take advantage of this national event to boost business, generate buzz, attract new clients and promote the new Total Results line.
The Matrix Family Facebook Tab provides salons with a virtual tool kit for creating Fashion’s Night Out events in their communities. Salons are encouraged to create customized programs to fit their clientele and locations. Suggested activities include Cut-A-Thons, Girls’ Nights Out, Blow Dry Boot Camps, Family Beauty Carnivals or Gift With Purchase events. Matrix will support all events with downloadable postcards, signage, pre- and post-event press releases, the Fashion’s Night Out logo, suggested Facebook posts and 100 Total Results sample packettes. To qualify to participate, salons must download a Facebook Tab, and purchase the new Total Results Intro Kit. Only Matrix Spread the Love salons are eligible.
After the event, salons are invited to enter the Fashion’s Night Out contest. Grand prize for the most original, creative event is a trip for two to New York City, tickets to a Broadway musical and coverage in the trade press and on MyMatrixFamily.com—all valued at $5,000.
