This client was OVER red and REALLY wanted silky hair. Mary Ott (@maryhannah65), a freelance artist working in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, came to the rescue. "Tiffany is a new client that wanted 'no more red' and something to smooth and calm her mane," says Ott. "She had an ashy level 5 root, and reddish midshaft ends. This low maintenence color and Keratin Express Blowout treatment was the easiest and healthiest concoction. Her mane has been through a lot, so I decided less is more."
Here she offers the HOW TO:
Color first - then treatment
Step 1: Fill midshaft and ends with Goldwell Colorance 5MB (green base) to cancel any red. Process for 20 minutes and then shampoo and dry.
Step 2: To the root, apply Goldwell 5G with 10 volume. Pull through to the ends. Process for 20 minutes. Shampoo and towel dry.
Step 3: Glaze all over with Colorance 5MB (again).
Step 4: Seal this look with Keratin Express Blowout treatment.
