Boom Boom Brow Bar, located in New York, New York, is all about waxing and putting your best brows forward! After trying out the products from this Brow Bar, I have to say that they made my eyebrows look fuller, and nicely manicured.

Boom Boom brow tint (top), Boom Boom Push-up Pencil (second to top), and the four powders.
Rather than using an eye-brow pencil to fill in her client's eye brows, Malynda Vigliotti (aka Boom Boom) uses powder. Why powder? Well, she says it's more natural looking than using a dark pencil. "I like to apply powder with an angled, firm brow brush for precision application. For those in a more serious situation needing brow re-hab, I recommend a brow tint with wax to help camouflage the grow out phase and give the appearance of thicker, balanced brows," says Boom Boom.
The powders come in four colors: Aretha, Tina, Bette, and Dolly. They are all made from mineral powders that are hypoallergenic and free of fragrance, oil, talc, dyes and fillers. The powders are all virtually weightless and make filling in brows easy. After using the powder, it filled in the bare spots, and imperfections in my eye brows, leaving them looking natural and not overly done. ($8.95 per powder, minimum 8 jars.)
I also tried out the Boom Boom Push-up brow pencil. Simply apply under the eye brows and it will give the illusion of a slight lift. You can either choose to leave a sparkle or matte finish. (I personally liked the sparkle side the best.) Just be careful, the pencil tips are VERY soft so handle them with care. This pencil will add the ideal "finishing touch" to fully applied eye make-up.
