The Topcoat, which will be sold at Four Star Beauty, East Coast Salon Services, State RDA Pro Mart and SalonCentric, is a gel-like styling product that leaves hair glimmering with moderate hold. Create braids, slick ponytails, short and spikey styles and more.
To use, apply VIVIDS Blacklight Topcoat to the VIVIDS-colored areas of hair, or sections where a glowing effect is desired.
