Finger Waves seen in Zang Toi’s Fall/Winter NYFW collection
Zang Toi is a hands on designer, selecting and working with a top notch team of beauty professionals. MODERN caught up with Zang (or is it Toi?) while backstage during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week who offered the importance of hair, make up and nails to complete his vision.
