Fun, flirty and '60s were key words for the Veronica Beard show looks at Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week 2014.
"The look definitely has a shape with a little height at the crown," says Oribe's Rutger, lead stylist for the show. "It's put together in a very loose way—the undone feel is important. I wanted the girls to look as if they had done their hair themselves before a fun night out."
GET THE LOOK
STEP 1: Saturate dry hair with Oribe Maximista Thickening Spray. Create an off-center part and blowdry with a paddle brush.
STEP 2: Use a curling iron to create loose waves.
STEP 3: Backcomb the top and use your hands to build volume at the crown.
STEP 4: Take an inch-wide section near the part and gently pull to frame the face.
STEP 5: Finish with Oribe Après Beach Wave & Shine Spray for separation and shine and Oribe Superfine Hair Spray for hold.
