This color from the Keune Trend Collection, Tactile Rituals, has a slightly vintage feel. It was created by Keune Haircosmetics, North America, Colorist George Alderete, and inspired by an appreciation for craftsmanship, passion and skill, and the deep, hearty hues you see in a finely aged bourbon. The bold base color with added natural, dark-blonde highlights accentuate the model’s medium brown by adding dimension.

FORMULA AND APPLICATION

Natural level 5

Formula 1: 30 g Keune Ultimate Blonde Series 2000 Special Blonde + 1 booster with 30 g 30-volume developer

Formula 2: 60 g Keune Tinta Color 4.19 Medium Matt Brown with 60 g 10-volume developer

Formula 3: 30 g Keune Semi Color (demipermanent color) 7.2 Medium Pearl Blonde with 60 g Semi Activator (1.5%)

1. Take soft diagonal “stitches” to place in foils. Start at the back-nape area, then work up and forward, as you apply Formula 1. This is a complete foil technique.

2. Once foiling is completed, immediately apply Formula 2 to the base and through the length and ends in-between foils. Process 30 minutes at room temperature.

3. Rinse in-between the foils until the water runs clear. Then remove each foil and rinse individually. Towel-dry hair.

4. Apply Formula 3 to all highlighted strands. Work the color through for complete saturation. Process 20 minutes at room temperature, then rinse and cleanse.
