In conjunction with National Safety Month, this is the seventh June designated as Employee Wellbeing Month to spotlight the workplace’s role in helping to create healthy employees. The goal is to provide insight into how healthy company cultures drive employee productivity and engagement which, in turn, is good for business. This year, Employee Wellbeing Month has issued a challenge to emphasize the connection between physical activity and good health. Each participating workplace is placed into one of four divisions.
