Rosa Russo (@glamartbyrosarusso) worked with her client's natural base to achieve this wearable, icy, dimensional and fresh blonde.

Here she shares the HOW TO:

STEP 1: Start at the nape applying Italy Hair Fashion Lightener with 40 volume developer and Olaplex. Apply in a balayage technique in V swipes, covering the ends.

STEP 2: Apply babylights in every other section to cancel out the darkness. Separate each section with plastic wrap.

STEP 3: Process without heat, watching carefully until all the hair lifted to desired level. Shampoo and towel dry.

STEP 4: Tone with Italy Hair Fashion 11Ap with 10 volume (an ashy pearl blonde) for 3 minutes.

STEP 5: Rinse and treat with Olaplex #2 for 10 minutes. Rinse, cut and style.
