Brittany Lynn (@brittanylynnhair) of Chique Salon Studios, Palmdale, California, gave her client classic highlights about ten months before she returned to the salon for something even brighter and more exciting.
Here Lynn shares the HOW TO:
Step 1: Apply Redken Flash Lift with 40 volume and 1/8 oz Olaplex in babylight weaves in the back of the head along the occipital.
Step 2: At the parietal, apply Flash Lift with Guy Tang balayage high lift and 1/8 oz of Olaplex to the strands outside of the foils. "I personally love the Guy Tang balayage kit, but the developers mixed with Flash Lift give the most amazing consistency and lift!"
Step 3: Once back is complete, babylight weave the front and sides. (In between slowly rinse out the back after 30 minutes to prevent overprocessing.) Shampoo with Clairol Shimmer Lights.
Step 4: Tone with Redken Shades EQ 9p with a drop of Brazilian Bond Builder 3. Process for 7 minutes. Shampoo and condition with Redken All Soft.
