Strategies Announces 4th Annual Team-Based Pay Conference

Strategies, a business management training and coaching company for salons, spas and medspas, has announced its fourth annual Team-Based Pay Conference, which will take place on October 15-16, 2017 at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas.

TBP17 will feature customized breakout sessions based on attendees’ Team-Based Pay experience. This promises much deeper and relevant content for both those who are currently using Team-Based Pay, and those who are exploring the program for the first time.

New for this year, TBP17 will feature a third track of sessions specifically for service providers who are currently working in Team-Based Pay salons or spas. The focus on staff will continue with the Service Provider’s Panel Discussion, where staff members will share their experiences of working in a Team-Based Pay salon or spa.

“We couldn’t be more excited about getting staff involved in this year’s conference”, says Strategies Founder & CEO Neil Ducoff. “It’s so important for them to fully understand the program that drives the culture their employers have worked so hard to create. It’s also going to be incredibly eye-opening for attendees who aren’t on Team-Based Pay to witness the mindset and enthusiasm of non-commission/rental service providers. These employees are fired up to help grow their companies, because they understand that ‘we’ beats ‘I/me/mine’ every time.”

TBP17 will also play host to the third Annual Team-Based Pay Awards, highlighting 2017’s best and brightest Team-Based Pay salons, spas and medspas across eight categories.

Ticket prices will increase as the event draws near. Visit for current pricing.
