“I wanted to give the feeling of being at the beach, not necessarily in the ocean,” Streicher says.
High performing, lightweight oils, minerals and extracts activate waves, strengthen strands and brighten highlights while providing UV protection and major shine. The product is a tri-phase wave spray, meaning there are three different levels of oils that look like an LA sunset in the bottle when apart, and combine to work their magic when shaken together: bottom layer is texture component, middle color enhancing extract, and top layer is for protection.
