Carl and Belinda Keeley of Australia’s Chumba Concept Salon conceived their Barely There collection as a minimalist expression of hair beauty. "My goal was to present a clean, simple and elegant collection expressing understated beauty," says Carl. Belinda, the colorist for this collection said the colors were designed to appear minimal in line with the collection's intent.
