Board to be Seated in May
The new board members will begin their term when the full board is seated during the 2023 ISPA Conference May 9-11, 2023, at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Elected officers of the 2023 Board of Directors are: Patrick Huey of We Care Spa, chair; Kelleye Martin of Trellis, The Spa at The Houstonian, vice chair; and Michelle Adams Somerville of Woodstock Inn & Resort, secretary/treasurer.
“Interest in board service continues to grow each year,” reports ISPA President Lynne McNees, who adds that the board-elect was selected from an impressive slate of candidates following an extensive nomination and interview process. "We are grateful for the commitment made by these volunteer leaders to help guide our association forward and pursue our vision of elevating the spa industry to new heights."
The interview process for the 2024 Board of Directors will launch in early 2024, when a call for candidates will be announced to all ISPA members. ISPA is headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky, and managed by Associations International. Learn more at experienceispa.com.
