The inception of this product stemmed from consumers requesting an option for days they were not using the K18 mask but still wanted to wash their hair. The conditioner provides protection against damage from UV rays, mechanical styling, and environmental aggressors for up to three days. These aggressors can cause breakage, frizz, and dull hair color.

How it Works

How to Use

Consumer

1. After shampooing with the pH maintenance shampoo, squeeze out excess water.
2. Apply a small amount from mid-lengths to ends.
3. Rinse thoroughly. For added conditioning, wait 1-3 minutes.

The Damage Shield protective conditioner can be used after the K18 mask for extra smoothness, softness, and detangling.

1. Shampoo (detox or pH maintenance shampoo) and towel-dry thoroughly.
2. Apply 1-3 pumps of K18 leave-in molecular repair hair mask.
3. Wait four minutes. Do not rinse out.
4. Apply a quarter-sized amount of Damage Shield protective conditioner from mid-lengths to ends.
5. Rinse thoroughly.
6. You do not need to re-apply the K18 mask.
