Jeffrey Robert (@jeffreyrobert_) of Kut Haus Salon in Claremont, California, says "All my energy is constantly used toward creating, whether that be through hair, photography/videography, or graphic designing." For this look that we found on his Instagram page, Robert says "This was her first time with me from an outgrown orange ombre. She wanted the light grey and gave me total creative freedom  for with my accent color."

Here he shares the HOW TO:

STEP 1: Pre -lighten  to level 9 using balayage technique with Wella Freelights with 30 volume and Olaplex no. 1. Process for 45 minutes at room temperature.

STEP 2:Process for 45 minutes at room temperature. Rinse and apply Olaplex no.2. Process for 10 minutes. Rinse and towel dry hair.

STEP 3: Neutralize brassiness of  hair using Fabuloso Pro platinum conditioner. Process for 15 minutes. Towel dry to 75%.

STEP 4: Tone in two sections, all blended with Olaplex:

Base to mid strand
Wella Color Touch
     -20 g 7/89
     -10 g /88
      -2 g 4/0
      -64 g Wella color touch 6 volume

 Mid strand to ends
Wella Color Touch
      -5 g 7/89
      -10 g 8/89
      -5 g /88
      -40 g Wella color touch 6 volume

Process for ten minutes and then rinse.
