Brittney Hamilton (@Brittishbeauty03) of HotBox Salon in Las Vegas, NV, says her regular client was ready to take the plunge to Ariel red.
Here she shares the HOW TO:
STEP 1: Balayage the hair from the top of the rounds down with lightener and 30 volume.
STEP 2: Along the mohawk section along the top, apply lightener with 30 volume in slices, making sure to feather the highlights at the root. Process for 30 minutes.
STEP 3: Soap cap the hair with 20 volume and let that sit for 10 minutes or until the violet becomes red/orange. Rinse and blow dry.
STEP 4: Apply 6-88 Schwarzkopf Igora Royal at the root. Through the mid lengths and ends apply Joico Intensity Red. Process for 20 minutes and rinse.
STEP 5: At the bowl apply Schwarzkopf 7-88 Gloss and process for 10 minutes.
