Here she shares how she added new life and dimension to the dull hair:

Step 1: Using Wella Blondor with 20 volume developer, place babylights throughout the hair.

Step 2: Lowlight with Eufora color equal parts 8.32 and 6.0 with 10 volume developer.

Step 3: Process for 20 minutes and then shampoo.

Step 4: Tone with Eufora 10.12 and 7 volume for 20 minutes.
