Time and time again recently, we've been searching for optimism. That positivity can inspire others, and can pay off!

The Alfaparf Milano Stylist Relief Fund has been created to provide stylists and salon employees who have been impacted by the economic fallout from Coronavirus some help in their time of need. Alfaparf will be donated $400 every week to a stylist in need through our #silverlinings campaign.

The #silverlinings campaign is an initiative that looks to remind stylists to look for the positive or silver linings of the current COVID-19 pandemic. Although times are tough, it is a way to encourage stylists to take this time to take their craft to the next level by continuing their education, start new creative projects, or to take some time to rest and recharge –which they normally don't do. Alfaparf is asking stylists to share their #silverlinings story on Instagram. Stylists that share their stories are automatically entered to participate in the $400 dollar giveaway of the Alfaparf Milano Stylist Relief Fund.

How to Participate:
1. Post a picture of you behind the chair —working with mannequins counts
2. Share something you've learned and are taking away from our current life situation to make life #BacktoBusiness that much better!
3. Follow + Tag @alfaparfusa #silverliningschallenge #alfaparfmilano #alfaparfusa
4. Tag friends that need to know about this! Stylists or your friends + family.

Today I want to post my @alfaparfusa #silverliningschallenge thoughts 😊 the incredible superwomen leaders of @alfaparfusa have put together this campaign to give stylists a chance to get some extra cash 💵 right now since our industry has taken a big hit. It’s also a nice way to find some light during a time that may be a little rough (at least for me). All you do is post your #silverlinings from quarantine and every week someone who’s shared their silver linings is given $400 👏🏻 . . . So to inspire you to post yours, here’s mine.... . . . Pictured is the pretty version of my new normal for a while. Zoom calls 💻everyday Alfaparf Milano family, taking any opportunity I can to be outside☀️, sometimes feeling cute like this but usually not🧟‍♀️, & finding any way to keep my puppy busy/happy😅. Yes that’s bug spray in the background because I’m the most dramatic psycho person in the world about bugs 🚫🕷 (just ask my leadership team). It’s not glitz and glamor but it’s definitely making me a better, more balanced, & forever grateful version of me ❤️ I miss travel, I miss my family, I miss the hustle, I miss creating on real heads of hair (even though mannequin Michele has done her best) and I miss inspiring on platform. But to truly be the best version of myself for all of these things, I needed balance. And I truly don’t know if I would have figured that out without this forced silence we’ve all been living in. Cheers to balance, to taking care of our mental and emotional health, growing, and becoming better versions of ourselves. That’s my #silverlining & holy crap am I grateful for it. I hope that by sharing I can inspire you to share yours. Tag @alfaparfusa, and add #silverlingschallenge Also I want to say it’s okay if this time hasn’t been incredibly productive and positive for you. This shit has been wild for me FULL of downs. You’re not alone if this has felt heavy. I’m with you sis ❤️ and I’m sending you love! #alfaparfmilano #alfaparfusa #silverliningschallenge #alfaparfpeople #alfaparf #workfromhome #crazypuppy #quarantinelife #californiaquarantine #stayhome
