Prep hair with a thermal protector. In horizontal
sections, using a paddle brush, blow dry the
hair smooth, directing the concentrator toward
the ends.
Create off-base flatiron curls beginning at the
nape, using a styling iron with rounded edges to
curl lengths by wrapping hair around the plates.
Move along the head, curling from nape to top.
Secure using single-prong clips to set the hair.
Finish the top of the head, leaving a severe
middle part. Spray with finishing spray and allow
to cool.
Remove clips. Begin an on-the-scalp braid
starting at the back of the center part. Continue
the braid off the scalp through the lengths that
frame the face.
On the opposite side, repeat the same braiding
technique. Take ends and separate the curls to
make it wispy. Spray ends with hairspray.
