We just heard about this wonderful contest for artists and since so many Modern Salon readers are so talented in so many areas we thought we should let you know….but you have to hurry! The contest ends at the end of this month.
Denver based Twist and Pout Lip Balm is calling all cause-minded artists to submit themed designs for their latest sphere-shaped lip balm collection.
Eight winners will be selected based on the best design that reflects a "bringing communities together" theme, and their designs will be applied to the lip balms and sold at retail beginning May 15, 2010.
Each winner will also be asked to choose a charity to which 5% of the gross profit from sales occurring between May 15, 2010 and August 31, 2010 will be donated. Submissions are currently being accepted at www.twist-and-pout.com/artists until October 31, 2009, with the winning designers announced on November 13, 2009.
