Cline has more than 18 years of professional beauty industry experience — most recently with John Paul Mitchell Systems as senior director of marketing and also with Sebastian and Nexxus.
At Spilo, Cline will be focusing on strategic marketing programs and product innovation to drive future sales. She has extensive knowledge of driving brand growth, developing award-winning products and forming global partnerships, according to Spilo.
