Redken and Pureology recently announced two promotions.

Christine Banks has been promoted to Vice President, US Marketing for Redken. In her new role, Christine will lead the US marketing strategy for Redken to drive growth for the brand's haircolor, haircare, styling and men's business, bringing innovative and creative programs to market. After a successful career with Ford Motor Company, 1-800-Dentist and Dermalogica, Christine joined L'Oreal in 2004 as Senior Marketing Manager on Kérastase where she launched the original kerastase.com site and crafted the launch strategy for Shu Uemura Art of Hair. In 2009, her  L'Oréal journey took her to the UK where she first worked as a Key Account Manager for  L'Oréal Professionnel and then moved to lead Marketing for Redken in the UK/Ireland and launched Pureology in the UK market. In 2011, she returned to the LUXE division in the US as Vice President, Retail Marketing for Lancôme where she was responsible for the strategic management of the GWP business.

Carrington Cole has been promoted to Vice President, US Marketing for Pureology. In her new role, Carrington will drive US marketing strategy and growth for the Pureology brand. Carrington's  L'Oréal USA journey started with Matrix in 2003 as an Assistant Marketing Manager. Carrington's next step took her to Kérastase as a Senior Marketing Manager working on Nutritive and Soleil. In 2008 she was promoted to Marketing Director for L'Oréal Professionnel, where she led the Haircare and Styling category working on Serie Expert, Texture Expert, INOAColor Care and Mythic Oil. Most recently, she was Assistant Vice President of Color for the brand where she led successful color launches, including the launch of INOA 2-Part Hairchalk, as well as key innovations to support Majirel. Her passion for the salon industry, knowledge of the business and exceptional relationships throughout the company has positioned her well to lead the division's third largest brand,
