How-to: Over-the-moon blonde
Step 1: To the root area, apply Wella Blondor + 20Vol (1:1/2) and 1/8 oz Olaplex.
Step 2: Process until the underlying pigment matches the ends.
Step 3: Apply Blondor + 6vol (1:2) and 1/8 oz Olaplex to mid shaft and ends.
Step 4: Process until overall underlying pigment of a level 10.
Step 5: Tone using 9/01 Wella ColorTouch + 6Vol (1:2).
Step 6: Process for 15mins and follow with Olaplex step 2.
