Rae jumped in to help out:
Step 1: Apply Wella Multi-blonding powder with 30 volume in a heavy full foil highlight throughout the hair.
Step 2: Process for 40 minutes, lifting to a level 9/10. Rinse.
Step 3: Apply Wella Color Post Treatment for about 5 minutes. Rinse and dry.
Step 4: Using Pravana Vivids, apply Green on the roots melting in to Pastel Mint on the ends.
Step 5: Process for 30 minutes with heat. Rinse with cool water, dry and style.
