Alyssa Morrison (@hairbyalyssammorrison_) of Empower Beauty in Clarion, PA, had a fun challenge on her hands, changing a gorgeous blonde to a tasteful strawberry blonde. Morrison had this client for a few years and she just decided that she wanted a change from her lifelong blonde locks.
Here Morrison shares the step by step for this transformation:
STEP 1: To the root, apply 2oz of 7CG Matrix Sync Demi Permanent with .5oz of Copper Additive. Pull the color through to the ends in various sections to add depth and dimension.
STEP 2: Create a new mixture of 1oz of 10WN Matrix Sync Demi Permanent and .5oz Copper Additive. Apply this mixture in balayage panels throughout the nape area and face frame area to give the added strawberry dimension.
STEP 3: Process for 25 minutes at room temperature.
STEP 4: Shampoo with Matrix Colorlast Shampoo and Conditioner.
