Dena Galanos-Mabe is going to make you love a chunky highlight with this video demo.
Florida-based Galanos-Mabe is an Ulta Beauty Elite Stylist and member of the Ulta Beauty Design Team.
"This technique is for a brighter lived in, look maintaining depth to make the highlights pop!" she explains. "I like to use different types of weaves (or stitches) to create a multi-dimensional look that will have the client's hair looking amazing for longer than 4-6 weeks."
Working with conditioner on her mannequin, she walks us through this color service.
“With this technique, I’m really depending on how I paint inside my foil,” she explains. “I’m making sure everything is nice and pretty and blended. I don’t even go for a root shade or a root drop. After foils have processed, I just pull them out and tone the client.”
Beautiful, blended, and made to last!
