THE ADHESIVE BAND

Flaunt’s ultra-thin adhesive bands come in a 1.1-square-inch width, designed to fit precisely within the contours of the head shape, creating total comfort for the guest throughout the entire wear, as well as ease of application for the professional.

“Flaunt’s 1.1-square-inch width eliminates any bulk at the attachment site near the scalp, and allows stylists to comfortably, and invisibly, add extensions in areas where hair might be finer,” Kaanoi says. “Flaunt adhesive bands fit into place on the head like a puzzle piece for seamless blending.”

The tape creates a water-tight seal that is easily and safely removed after 8-10 weeks of wear using Flaunt’s Extension Remover solvent, and can be reinstalled up to three additional times for a total of eight months of wear.

STANDARD & DELUXE

Flaunt is available in two styles—Standard and Deluxe—allowing professionals to select which band makes the most sense for the client, while allowing total customization with the opportunity to pair together Standard and Deluxe styles.

Standard has a visible band ideal for hidden areas, and usually comprises the majority of an extension installation.

Deluxe is ideal for finer hair and high-visibility areas like the temples, hairlines or the crown of the head. Using a fine needle, each individual strand on a Flaunt Deluxe extensions is inserted by hand into the adhesive.

“Deluxe extensions look and feel as if they are growing directly from the scalp,” Kaanoi says. “In most cases, a Deluxe will be paired with a Standard, with the Deluxe on top and Standard on the bottom, except for in areas like the nape so guests can wear their hair in a ponytail without visible tape.”

LENGTHS AND COLORS

Flaunt is available in three in-demand lengths of 100% Remy human hair: 12-inch, 16-inch and 20-inch, and arrive beautifully packaged in 12-piece packs.

“Flaunt extensions are available in 32 shades but with endless color opportunities through pairing together your colors,” Kaanoi says.

Standard extensions are available in a range of naturals, blondes, reds and ombre, and Deluxe is available in naturals, blondes, reds and rooted.

“My favorite color effect is the Deluxe Rooted 25/8,” says Kaanoi, who specializes in blonding at her Orange County, California, Dead Endz salon. “It’s that in-demand, soft level 8 at the base that merges perfectly into a buttery blonde.”
