Intercoiffure America / Canada (ICA) President Lois Christie announces that industry icon, Sonya Dove, has accepted the position of Hair Color Council Creative Director. Sonya will officially accept this 3-year position at the Fall Atelier in 2013, following Gina Khan who served in the role for six years.
