From baliage to ombré to chalking, summer is the season to experiment with high-impact coloring techniques. In this how-to featured in the April issue of MODERN SALON, Sherri Jessee, who is a member of the Rusk Creative Team and owner of Sherri Jessee Salon in Bristol, Viginia, offers a look that is reminiscent of flames shooting down the fringe. With a vibe of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo meets The Hunger Games, this look is HOT!
