STEP 1: Apply Schwarzkopf Blond Me and 20 volume in thin V sections in foil.
STEP 2: Process at room temperature for 25 to 30 minutes, lifting to a level 10. Shampoo and condition with purple shampoo. Dry hair completely.
STEP 3: Prepare 2 blue formulas:
A - Joico Saphire Blue and Cobalt Blue equal parts
B - 2 parts Pravana Neon Blue to 1 part Pravana Blue.
Apply starting in the back of head with formula A closest to root half way down and formula B at the ends. Every second section use formula B roots to ends.
STEP 4: Process for 25 minutes and then rinse with cool water and condition.
STEP 5: Towel dry and spray with Pravana Vivids Locked In spray.
