HIGHLIGHTING: Lighten the hair in foils with Joico Vero Light and 20 volume at root and 10...
HIGHLIGHTING: Lighten the hair in foils with Joico Vero Light and 20 volume at root and 10 volume on previously lightened pieces. Section into 3 sections, 2 in the front 1 in the back. Lift to a level 9/10. Dry the hair.
THE FUN PART: Part the hair into four sections (2 in the front 2 in the back). Apply Joico Color...
THE FUN PART: Part the hair into four sections (2 in the front 2 in the back). Apply Joico Color Intensity. Start with red to firey coral with hot pink added (2:1) to orange and hot pink (2:1) with a ribbon of clear to yellow. Apply in a color melting technique and blend each color together to create a dimensional melt. Process for 25 minutes.
