Kim Kardashian West’s Hilly Workout

It takes some work to keep a trim waist with strong butt and thighs, and even Kim Kardashian West can’t take a shortcut. Kim recently shared with her fans the 30- to 45-minute workout her trainer has her go through. According to Hollywood Life, the workout is divided into four segments and involves no more equipment than a big hill:

Segment 1: Uphill Sprint
Sprint uphill for approximately 40 yards each. Repeat 10 times.

Segment 2: Walking Lunge
Take a 20-step walking lunge uphill. Repeat for 10 sets, walking normally 20 steps between each set.

Segment 3: Sidestep Squat
Standing sideways on a hill, start with your feet together and step open to a squat. Do this 20 times and repeat for 10 sets, standing with your right leg forward for five sets and with your left leg forward for the other five sets.

Segment 4: Lateral Squat
Facing uphill with your feet together, jump right to a side squat and then left to a side squat, 20 times each. Repeat for 10 sets.
