MODERN SALON recently spent a day of hair and inspiration with Oribe Hair Care and Wella at the Backstage: On Location Atelier in Chicago. This educational event, which has previously been hosted in Miami, New York City and Las Vegas, gives attendees the opportunity to watch and learn as Oribe educators demonstrate and discuss Oribe's references for La Fama.

America's Beauty Show kicks off at McCormick Place. In addition to meeting with stylists, salon owners and suppliers, and on top of applauding all the education, creativity and product innovations presented on The Runway, in workshops and on the exhibit show floor, I’ll be cheering for some very special talent being showcased during the opening night BeautyBASH happening Saturday night, March 9.
